The next clinic planned is a self-help working bee at which you can make one-way doors and see how to use them with rabbit-proof netting. Rabbit Sweep will provide netting and tools and in an hour you should be able to learn all that is required to enable rabbits to leave burrows under buildings and not return. (It would be good for Rabbit Sweep if you could contribute $5 per door.)

Please note: ideally, the venue will be on a property where there is a stand-alone container with a warren underneath it. This can be fenced off for a complete solution. Let us know if you can host us, please.

This clinic will return to the topic of fumigation. This is easily done by most people with the only constraint being the need for a trained, permitted person to administer the fumigant. 

At this clinic, real fumigant will not be used. You will see the smoker identifying entrances to a warren, how to close entrances with newspaper, acacia paradoxa, netting, etc and then the fumigation process (with Cool mints instead of fumigant!).  

Rabbit Sweep can find people who can fumigate and are williing to help if the preliminary work is done or the Rabbit Sweep contractors are paid to do it. Note this is not likely to be expensive if it is a peri-urban area with 1 or 2 warrens.
